EN DE

The first trademark that stops trading Nazi merch.

For too long, Nazis have managed to spread their ideologies and racism legally and without restriction. How? With abbreviations and coded messages printed onto merchandise, such as hoodies and T-shirts.

Only messages and codes that have been banned via long-term political and legal processes are punishable by law.

We are filling this legal loophole using trademark law.

We have secured the rights to Nazi abbreviations and therefore the rights to use the Nazi codes. For instance, we have already secured the trademark rights to "VTRLND", a popular bestseller in relevant online stores, such as fsn-versand, patriotic store and Konmo.

All these store owners will soon find a warning letter in their mailboxes.

Thanks to our newly won trademark rights, we are now in a position to put a stop to Nazi traders for the first time. Since we own the rights to the codes, we can order them to destroy any merchandise bearing these codes.

But it gets even better… If they refuse to comply with our demands, we can claim damages – for every shirt, sweater or romper suit!

What will we do with the money? Register new trademarks on Nazi codes, of course!

But this alone is not enough:

With a donation you can support "Laut gegen Nazis" in the fight against the right.

The association "Laut gegen Nazis" actively opposes growing right-wing extremism.

We have made it our duty to unite civil society and strengthen the public against the ever-growing threat of right-wing extremism.

To this end, we support initiatives and alliances against right-wing fanaticism in their public relations work, we form networks and we offer continuous advice and support at local events. This way, we can help shape public opinion and strengthen civil society’s resistance – and uphold fundamental democratic values and freedom.
